Contract Scope
Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Limited (Vale NL) are inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest for a potential opportunity to support the Long Harbour Processing Plant in Long Harbour, NL.
Provide Off-site Warehouse Storage Facilities for Vale Newfoundland & Labrador Ltd. Processing Plant located at Long Harbour, NL.
The scope of supply shall include a warehouse, 20,000 square feet or more, with provision for:
- Proximity within 50 kilometers of the Long Harbour Processing Plant Project site.
- Security
- Accessibility for loaded commercial tractors/trailers
Overhead doors
16 foot (5m) ceiling
Floors with load bearing capability for above, fully loaded
- Lighting
- Electrical power with capacity for light construction maintenance activities
- Office space
- Lunchroom and washroom facilities
- Climate control
Potential for dust controlled areas
- Conformance to applicable building codes
Upon submitting expression of interest, qualifying / approved companies will be forwarded inquiry documentation requesting a firm price proposal for the equipment listed above.
